Delete your Solleri account

You can delete your Solleri account and the data Solleri holds about you at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Solleri and go to You › Customize.
2. Tap Erase everything.
3. Sign in again with Google to confirm it's you.

Solleri then:

• disconnects your Google account, and your food delivery account if you connected one;
• deletes your account, what Solleri remembers about you, your conversation, attachments, carts and everything else held for you;
• clears the chat and reminders on your phone.

It tells you once everything is gone.

On WhatsApp

Send /erase to Solleri and tap to confirm within 5 minutes.

By email

If you can't use the app, email contact@solleri.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will erase your account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted, and what stays

Deleted: your account and profile, your Google and food delivery connections, what Solleri remembers, your conversation, photos and files you sent, bills, carts, delivery areas, reported replies, usage counts and every other record linked to you.

Kept:

• Records of what each request cost to run, with no message content and with your identity removed. We keep these for our accounts.
• Our hosting provider's server backups, for about 7 days, after which the deleted data is gone from them too.
• Anything Solleri made in your own Google account, such as email drafts, calendar events or sheet rows. These are yours, and you can delete them in Google.

To delete only part of your data instead:

• Forget one thing Solleri remembers: ask Solleri to forget it, or open You › Memory.
• Disconnect Google: go to You › Connections.
• Clear the chat on your phone: go to You › Customize.
